Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Design Lead to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable and cost-effective solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role is critical to our ongoing digital transformation journey and involves close collaboration with internal teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of innovative, scalable, and compliant ServiceNow solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and peer reviews to development teams.
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, security policies, and best practices.
  • Maintain solution documentation and provide regular project progress reports.
  • Identify areas for system/process improvements and introduce enhancements.
  • Engage with vendors and partners for licensing, billing, and project alignment.
  • Support the full lifecycle of ServiceNow solutions from ideation to deployment.
  • Assist in budgeting and ensure timely delivery within cost constraints.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related 4-year IT course.

  2. Experience:

  3. Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

  4. At least 5 years in solutions design and implementation in a digital transformation context.
  5. Must hold at least one ServiceNow certification from NOW Learning.

3.Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in ServiceNow modules (SPM, ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, Custom Apps).
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow licensing, Performance Analytics, and Reporting.
  • Strong background in system integration, including MID Servers.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to travel when necessary.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
