Work Setup: Hybrid (2 Days Onsite/3 Days WFH)

Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Admin to join our team. This role focuses on configuring, supporting, and enhancing ServiceNow's ITSM capabilities while leveraging data-driven insights to improve service delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders to design efficient processes, analyze performance trends, and drive continuous improvement across IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:


• Support and enhance ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management).


• Design, develop, and optimize ITSM processes to improve efficiency and service quality.


• Configure and customize ServiceNow (workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, notifications, and data policies).


• Track and analyze KPIs and metrics related to IT service delivery.


• Interpret data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.


• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to align service delivery goals.


• Maintain documentation of ITSM processes, metrics, and reporting standards.

Qualifications:


• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Admin with focus on ITSM.


• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and administration.


• Hands-on experience in workflow automation, scripting, and ITSM process design.


• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
