We're looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with deep technical expertise and hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Customer Service Management (CSM), portal customization, and advanced scripting, with the ability to design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (CSM, Portal, etc.)
  • Build and enhance Service Portal components including pages, widgets, and custom UI elements
  • Configure and implement Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and complex process automation
  • Develop and integrate REST APIs and scripted REST APIs for external system connectivity
  • Implement and manage Advanced Work Assignment (AWA) including channels, queues, agent capacity, and routing rules
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow configurations
  • Maintain code quality, documentation, and performance standards

Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years total experience in the IT industry
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
  • Strong knowledge of CSM module, portal customization, and advanced scripting
  • Proficient in Client and Server-side JavaScript, AngularJS, and UI development
  • Experienced in Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, ServiceNow API architecture, and REST integrations
  • Expertise in Advanced Work Assignment (AWA) configuration and management
  • Solid understanding of Service Portal architecture (creating portals, pages, and widgets)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php120, Php130,000.00 per month
