We are on the lookout for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer who is passionate about building powerful, scalable, and secure solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem. You'll be part of a team delivering enterprise-level ITSM and CSM capabilities to improve service efficiency, user experience, and operational performance.

If you're experienced with ITSM, CSM, and ServiceNow development tools—and you're ready to take on complex design and integration challenges—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure ITSM and CSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and SLAs.
  • Build and manage workflows, approval processes, SLAs, and automated solutions using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
  • Configure data security, roles, ACLs, and implement encryption practices to protect sensitive information.
  • Develop custom applications, UI components, and automation scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Studio.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Performance Analytics.
  • Manage integration with third-party systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) via REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
  • Use UI Builder, Update Sets, and Automated Test Framework (ATF) to build, test, and deploy scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and debug application issues, continuously improving performance and user experience.

What You Bring

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules, workflows, request fulfillment, and SLA management.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Studio, UI Builder, and ATF.
  • Proficiency in scripting with JavaScript and building Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
  • Experience with data integration, migration, and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Familiarity with Performance Analytics, Database Views, and optimization techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to design solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices for scalability and security.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders in both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams, participating in ceremonies, and delivering iteratively.

Nice to Have

  • Experience developing custom apps using ServiceNow App Engine or Custom Tables.
  • Exposure to non-ITSM/CSM modules like HRSD, GRC, or Security Incident Response.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation in the ServiceNow context.
  • Certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS, or ITIL Foundation.
