Meet the team:

We are hiring TA Representatives to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our APAC TA team and the larger Talent Acquisition organization. We are committed to providing recruitment support to the global/regional teams. Our goal is to recruit, manage, and retain by promoting and recruiting the best-qualified people as well as recognizing and encouraging the value of diversity in the workplace.

Where you come in:

  • You will coordinate with the candidates and the hiring managers' availability to schedule interviews
  • You will participate in reviewing and screening candidate profiles received across internal ATS and external job boards
  • You may participate in special projects and support research and analysis tasks
  • The goal is that this position will build you up into a Talent Acquisition professional, so that you are ready to manage requisitions end-to-end on your own once one position becomes available

What makes you successful:

  • You have a level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a degree in Human Resource Management plus two (2) years of relevant experience
  • You are experienced with coordinating large scale recruitment process and possess the ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work with emphasis on time coordination
  • You have strong attention to detail, are a strong relationship builder and enjoy helping candidates find their most suitable job
  • You are proactive, self-driven and have strong capacity to adapt to changing business needs
  • You have the desire to be part of a great team supporting an amazing organization

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
