About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in  Cebu-Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes, engaging with stakeholders, and hiring for Junior/ mid to level roles. This is a strategic and hands-on role, critical in helping us build high-performing, culturally aligned teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
  • Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent communities
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor hiring activity.
