About the Role

We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Partnerships & Vendor Management Manager
to lead our recruitment ecosystem and ensure we have the right external partners to meet our fast-growing hiring needs.

You'll drive strategic relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, talent communities, and academic partners — ensuring that our partnerships deliver quality hires, cost efficiency, and a strong employer brand presence across markets.

This role is ideal for a
seasoned TA professional
with deep experience in
vendor management, sourcing partnerships, and stakeholder engagement
within large-scale, high-growth organizations such as BPOs, tech firms, or shared service centers.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the
    recruitment vendor and partnership strategy
    aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and evaluate external recruitment vendors, crowd sourcing platforms, and job portals.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy standards.
  • Build partnerships with universities, professional networks, and digital talent communities.
  • Conduct performance reviews and optimize vendor ROI through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with internal TA teams to forecast hiring needs and activate partner support.
  • Maintain vendor scorecards and reports for leadership visibility.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • 7+ years
    of experience in Talent Acquisition, including
    3+ years
    in vendor or partnership management.
  • Strong
    negotiation, analytics, and relationship management
    skills.
  • Experience working with
    ATS platforms
    and vendor management tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
