Job Description
As a
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
, you will lead the charge in profiling, sourcing, and securing pre-vetted candidates for global clients. You'll design strategies, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee the full recruitment cycle to deliver world-class talent acquisition results.

The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor's degree
in
HR Management, Business, Marketing, Psychology
, or equivalent. - 3-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting for
IT, non-IT, and leadership roles. - Proficient in MS Suite
and
database management. - Knowledge of
recruitment processes, workflows, and ATS
use. - Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and passion for producing results.
- Extreme attention to detail and proactive recruiting strategies.
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking.
- Amenable to working mid shift or night shift in a hybrid setup.
Your Daily Tasks
Recruitment Expertise
- Support all business units by providing assistance in their recruitment and selection processes.
- Plan selection procedures, including the identification of key competencies for assessment, and determining evaluation methods.
- Act as the focal person for assigned job vacancies across multiple client accounts.
- Assist with job requisition/description development.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition/description for required competencies, skills, and knowledge of successful applicants.
- Maintain knowledge of how many resumes need to be generated for open positions.
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
- Conduct candidate screenings and communicate job requirements for different skills and experience levels.
- Maintain accuracy in the recruitment pipeline platform and generate insightful recruitment reports.
- Handle the operation of end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including data analytics for acquiring top talent.
- Execute core recruitment functions such as interviews, testing, character reference checks, salary offers, and report generation.
- Use Behavioral Based Interview techniques in screening and qualifying applicants.
- Create Behavioral Based Interviewing and prescreening questions.
- Complete skill and/or personality assessments.
- Complete employment applications and analyze the information provided.
- Work with hiring managers to make offer recommendations and close selected candidates.
- Present offers and conduct offer negotiations with candidates.
- Participate in onboarding tasks as needed (e.g., offer letter submissions, final paperwork completion).
ATS Management
- Enter and maintain candidate information into the applicant tracking system daily.
- Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and through the ATS.
- Create, file, and maintain a filing system for resumes, applications, and miscellaneous paperwork.
- Perform resume conversion and application maintenance.
Sourcing Strategies
- Document research methods for sharing with other recruitment team members.
- Train recruitment team members on new internet sites, blogs, RSS, networking groups, and other sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline through research, networking, and database mining.
- Manage referral sources.
- Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a highly qualified pool of candidates.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a consultant to different stakeholders on recruitment requirements, movements, and related concerns.
- Handle recruitment planning, create action plans and targets, and suggest sourcing methods with cost-benefit analysis.
- Provide educational opportunities, formal or informal, to managers on the selection process.
- Establish proactive and open communication channels with hiring managers, candidates, internal teams, and external partners.
- Actively involve stakeholders by seeking input, providing updates, and addressing feedback.
- Provide hiring managers with progress updates and recruitment activity summaries.
- Work with hiring managers to determine best-fit candidates, coordinate interviews, receive feedback, and present/manage offers.
- Conduct recruitment-related meetings as needed.
Effective Communication
- Practice effective communication in all interactions with stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy of information in all verbal and written correspondence.
- Respond promptly to queries from both internal and external stakeholders.
Coaching and Mentoring
- Proactively offer guidance and assistance to other Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- Ensure knowledge transfer and application of best practices in daily recruitment tasks.
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Prepare and present reports as required.
- Represent TA clusters during stakeholder meetings in the absence of TA Managers or as assigned.
- Initiate process improvements based on recruitment data trends and identified areas for enhancement.
Privacy and Confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, protocols, and legal requirements related to safeguarding organizational information and data privacy.
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all private information handled.
Other Duties
- Perform any administrative or non-administrative tasks assigned by company representatives through written or verbal instructions.
