End-to-End Recruitment

  • Perform full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Business Partnering

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business units on workforce planning and talent acquisition.
  • Provide market insights, talent trends, and recommendations to support hiring decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business goals.

Mentoring & Team Leadership

  • Mentor junior recruiters and support their professional development.
  • Share best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the recruitment team.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance recruitment capability across the HR function.

School & Industry Partnerships

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and technical schools.
  • Represent the company in career fairs, campus events, and internship programs.
  • Collaborate with industry organizations to strengthen employer branding and talent outreach

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
