Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive plays a critical role in enhancing the agency's brand visibility and driving client success by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. This position requires strong marketing expertise, a high degree of accountability, and the ability to translate strategy into high-impact campaigns.-----Core Responsibilities
I. Strategic Client Partnership & Pitch Ownership
- Own the full pitch development cycle: Manage client pitch creation from initial research and concept development to the final deck presentation.
- Collaborate directly with clients to fully grasp their marketing objectives, brand positioning, and campaign goals.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to inform strategies and provide actionable, data-driven insights.
- Convert client briefs and brand strategies into compelling, tailored proposals.
- Present and defend marketing recommendations and campaign plans with confidence to both clients and internal teams.
- Proactively identify strategic opportunities to elevate client brands and accelerate growth.
II. Campaign Execution & Management
- Execute and manage comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns from ideation through completion.
- Handle end-to-end influencer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) coordination, including sourcing, briefing, content alignment, and performance tracking.
- Secure and manage media placements, Public Relations (PR) mentions, advertorials, and other promotional avenues.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships that enhance campaign reach and impact.
- Track campaign results and deliver data-driven reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
III. Digital Marketing & Performance Excellence
- Strategically plan, execute, and oversee campaigns across all key digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Newsletters, Website).
- Manage both organic and paid media, covering targeting, ad optimization, budget management, and performance monitoring.
- Analyze critical performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and implement optimization strategies to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to continuously refine content effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Ensure all digital content is strictly aligned with the overarching brand strategy and marketing objectives.
- Maintain expert knowledge of emerging digital trends, algorithm shifts, and innovative tools to ensure competitive and current campaigns.
IV. Creative Content & Brand Leadership
- Lead the creation and refinement of all branding and promotional materials to ensure clear and effective communication of campaign messages.
- Ensure all materials adhere to the highest creative and strategic standards, fully aligned with brand identity and positioning.
- Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns that effectively drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Be responsible for campaign messaging consistency across all marketing assets.
V. On-Ground Event & Activation Management
- Lead the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of brand activations, pop-up events, and corporate initiatives.
- Manage all event logistics, branding requirements, supplier coordination, and on-site execution for seamless implementation.
- Ensure that event objectives are clearly integrated with and support broader campaign strategies.
- Measure event performance against defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide comprehensive post-event reports with insights.
VI. Reporting, Compliance & Accountability
- Maintain meticulous and organized records for all pitches, campaigns, budgets, and performance analytics.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports that include actionable insights and concrete plans for improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with all timelines, budget allocations, and brand guidelines across every marketing activity.
- Accept full accountability for all assigned campaigns, ensuring objectives are consistently met or exceeded.

Pay: Php33, Php38,000.00 per month
