The Opportunity at a Glance

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to support and execute the marketing strategy of a well-established educational tutoring group. This is a full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates, employed under a proper PH setup.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing digital marketing activities, optimising web performance, and executing campaigns that drive enrolments and strengthen brand awareness. You'll work across Google Ads, SEO, and social media platforms, while also coordinating website updates and marketing communications.

The ideal candidate is a versatile marketing generalist — strategic, hands-on, and eager to contribute ideas that make a measurable impact.

How You'll Make an Impact

As the Marketing Executive, you will shape and manage the entire marketing engine — attracting the right parents, increasing enrolments, improving retention, and strengthening the brand's presence across digital channels.

Your impact includes:

• Building high-converting Google Ads and Meta campaigns that attract qualified leads

• Creating and optimising customer journeys and conversion funnels

• Developing lead nurturing flows (email, SMS, CRM automations)

• Tracking drop-offs and improving conversion rates across the pipeline

• Conducting keyword research and driving SEO growth

• Optimising website pages and creating parent-friendly landing pages

• Managing organic social content and designing on-brand collateral

• Executing multi-channel campaigns for enrolments, workshops, and events

• Enhancing brand presence, UX, and customer experience both online and offline

 
What We're Looking For – You're the Perfect Fit if You:

• Bring 3–5+ years of marketing experience with a heavy focus on lead generation, conversion, retention, and CRM-driven marketing

• Have proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO

• Understand conversion psychology, parent decision-making, and customer journeys

• Are confident with WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, GSC, GTM, and Meta Business Suite

• Can write clear, compelling copy for ads, landing pages, email, and social media

• Are highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing campaigns end-to-end

• Are passionate about education, families, and delivering meaningful learning experience

 
What Sets You Apart – You'll Shine Even Brighter With:

• Experience in marketing for education, training, or community-based organisations.

• A background in Google Business Profile management and local SEO.

• Basic video editing abilities (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Rush)

• Advanced knowledge of email marketing automation tools.

• Experience planning and promoting events or workshops.

• A creative eye for branding and copywriting that connects emotionally with audiences.

• Experience managing multi-location or service-based marketing funnels

 
Work Schedule & Employment Terms

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday

• Remote role for Philippine-based candidates
