The Operations Manager ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the business. They oversee people, processes, and resources to make sure the company delivers quality products and services efficiently, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities 1. Process & Workflow Management Design and implement efficient workflows and SOPs. Monitor daily operations across departments (sales, service, warehouse, etc.). Continuously improve systems for productivity and cost-effectiveness. 2. Resource Management Oversee use of manpower, equipment, and materials. Make sure branches/teams have the resources they need. Reduce waste and maximize efficiency. 3. People Management

Supervise department heads and staff. Assign tasks, manage schedules, and enforce discipline. Train and develop employees for higher performance. 4. Quality & Service Control Ensure customer service standards are met. Monitor quality of products/services delivered. Handle customer escalations or operational issues. 5. Coordination Between Departments Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, finance, HR, warehouse, and management. Ensure departments work together smoothly toward company goals. 6. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and safety standards. Maintain safe and secure workplace environments. 7. Reporting & Performance Monitoring Prepare regular reports on operations, manpower, and performance. Track KPIs such as efficiency, cost control, customer satisfaction, and productivity. Recommend improvements to management/CEO.
