Operations Manager (Food Industry - Roji Japanese Restaurant)

The Operations Manager ensures the seamless and timely execution of a company's operations. This role is responsible for managing people, core operations, project delivery, and contributing to corporate strategy. The Operations Manager plays a vital role in fostering team development and driving sustainable organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.

· Enhance systems, processes, and implement best practices.

· Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing the operations team and department.

· Ensure organizational processes comply with legal regulations and industry standards.

· Uphold health and safety guidelines and ensure compliance across all operations.

· Monitor employee and team performance; provide training, and feedback for improvement.

· Handle forecasting and resource allocation to meet strategic goals.

· Collaborate across departments to align operations with organizational objectives.

· Implement quality assurance measures for products and services; monitor production KPIs.

· Enhance customer service quality and overall satisfaction.

· Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.

· Manage supply chain activities including inventory, production, sales, and sourcing.

· Optimize workflows and processes for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

· Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality output.

· Report on operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

· Foster innovation and productivity through effective internal communication.

· Maintain and improve service operations to ensure long-term sustainability.

· Develop conflict-resolution strategies and lead conflict-management practices.

· Performs additional duties as assigned by the management.
