About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Victorian Placement Agency' as a Customer Service Representative. In this full-time role based in Pasay City Metro Manila, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and support. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers and clients in a professional and friendly manner
  2. Responding to customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
  3. Documenting customer interactions and following up as needed
  4. Providing product and service information to customers
  5. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
  6. Maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exceptional customer experiences
