Key responsibilities

  • Understand hiring needs: Meet with hiring managers to deeply understand the specific needs and requirements of the role.
  • Develop job specifications: Create detailed and accurate job descriptions based on the needs analysis.
  • Source candidates: Use a variety of methods to find potential candidates, including internal and external databases, professional networks, and online job boards.
  • Screen and select: Review applications to ensure candidates meet the basic qualifications and conduct initial screenings.
  • Facilitate interviews: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring teams, and provide candidates with detailed profiles and information.
  • Manage offers: Handle the offer and negotiation process to ensure both the employer and the candidate are satisfied.
  • Provide support: Offer support throughout the placement process to ensure a smooth integration into the company.

Areas of specialization

  • Banking: Investment banking, corporate and investment banking, and retail banking.
  • Finance: Accounting, audit, and finance management.
  • Other sectors: Private equity, hedge funds, private banking, wealth management, and compliance roles.

Recruiter Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources.
  • The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
  • Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good decision-making skills.
