About the Role:

As an Online Sales Specialist, you'll be the face of our brand for clients around the world. You will engage customers with professionalism and elegance, guide them through their purchasing journey, and ensure a seamless luxury experience from consultation to post-sale follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service via live chat, email, and virtual consultations
  • Present our fine jewelry collections with deep product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm
  • Build long-term client relationships through personalized support and proactive outreach
  • Understand individual client needs and deliver tailored product recommendations
  • Handle orders, inquiries, and follow-up communication with precision and care
  • Keep accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities
  • Work closely with marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure a smooth client journey

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or high-end sales (required)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A genuine passion for fine jewelry and strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in digital tools (CRM platforms, email, etc.)
  • Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented with a customer-first mindset
