Position: Sales Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Sales Representatives with follow-ups related to orders and deals.
- Track and follow up on order processing and shipping with internal departments.
- Communicate and coordinate with departments such as Order Processing and Shipping.
- Maintain accurate records of order statuses, deal progress, and documentation.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the sales process.
- Handle order processing accurately and efficiently maintaining Customers informed of their order status.
- Assist with promotion outreach and follow through on assigned tasks.
- Be responsive to all Internal and Customer requests in a timely manner.
- Learn and master all systems and tools to become self-sufficient.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and act with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with internal teams and customers (via email, phone, virtual meetings).
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Microsoft Outlook (email and scheduling)
- Microsoft 365 / Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- HubSpot (CRM and sales tracking)
- Zoom (virtual meetings)
- Canva or PowerPoint (for presentation creation)
- SharePoint (file organization and management)
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an administrative or sales support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle assignments with urgency.
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Work Setup Requirements (WFH)
Fully functional workstation including:
- Working computer and camera
- Noise-cancelling headset
- Stable primary internet connection + backup internet
- Power backup (UPS, generator, etc.)
- Must be able to work night shift (US – Pacific Standard Time).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,800.00 per month
