Automation & AI Team Manager

Salary Range: PHP 110,000 – PHP 160,000 per month (PH-based, remote)

We're seeking an experienced Automation & AI Team Manager to lead the digital transformation of our diamond and jewelry company. This role will drive automation initiatives that streamline our end-to-end operations — from customer engagement and production workflows to sales, design, and back-office efficiency.

Reports to: Operations Manager

Manages: AI & Automation Team (mix of internal staff and contractors)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the AI and automation roadmap aligned with business priorities across jewelry design, manufacturing, and sales operations.
  • Lead and mentor a hybrid team of internal and external automation specialists.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging AI and workflow tools that improve speed, quality, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, IT, and Accounting) to ensure automation initiatives are effective and scalable.
  • Track ROI and operational improvements from automation projects, focusing on tangible business results.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business (Master's preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in automation, AI, or operations leadership roles.
  • Strong technical understanding of AI platforms, workflow automation tools, and integrations. Proven project management and team leadership experience.
  • Excellent ability to translate business goals into technical solutions, especially in high-touch industries like jewelry or retail.
