Position Overview:

An E-Commerce Sales Agent of St. Peter Life Plan is responsible for promoting and selling St. Peter Life Plans through online platforms, social media, and digital channels. The role focuses on reaching a wider market digitally, assisting clients with online transactions, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from inquiry to purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell St. Peter Life Plans through e-commerce platforms, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Generate leads and engage prospects via online channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, email, etc.).
  • Respond promptly to online inquiries, messages, and comments.
  • Guide clients through online application, enrollment, and payment processes using St. Peter's digital platforms.
  • Create engaging posts, content, or promotions to attract potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and transactions in the system.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in online selling, digital marketing, or customer service is an advantage (but not required).
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with social media, e-commerce tools, and online sales strategies.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (both written and verbal).
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to online selling trends.
  • Can work independently or as part of a team.
  • Open to part-time or full-time opportunities.
