Position Title: E-Commerce Sales Manager – Estate Sales

Company: Duplexx Corp (U.S.-Based)

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Compensation: PHP 6,000+ weekly base salary, monthly performance based commissions and weekly bonuses.

Schedule: 20 hours per week (flexible hours during U.S. EST time)

About the Company

We are expanding into online estate sales featuring a former art gallery collection that includes fine art, collectible furniture, and designer fashion sourced from Paris, Africa, , and Europe.

Our inventory is constantly refreshed with new items and global acquisitions, offering a dynamic and creative sales environment.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Sales Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive digital sales plan for our estate collection.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking and creative marketing, with an understanding of how to position luxury goods online for discerning buyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan to sell luxury art, furniture, and fashion online
  • Manage listings and optimize sales across platforms such as 1stDibs, Chairish, eBay, and Shopify
  • Design and oversee visually compelling product pages and web layouts
  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Collaborate with the U.S. team on, pricing, and media content

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or e-commerce
  • Proven website design or management experience (samples required)
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
  • Creative marketing mindset with a focus on luxury branding and storytelling
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently

Compensation

  • PHP 6,000 weekly base salary
  • Bonuses and performance-based commission
