Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Freelance Accountant to manage our financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide accurate reporting to support decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with accounting systems, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Handle invoicing, billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws and filing requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and internal reviews.
  • Provide recommendations for financial process improvements and cost optimization.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • With at least a year of work experience as Accountant.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant, ideally in a freelance or remote setup.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Open to work in a freelance role.
  • Can start ASAP
