We are looking for an E-commerce Accountant and Operations Coordinator to manage the financial and operational performance of a Shopify-based business. You will oversee cost analysis, supplier payments, budgeting, and fulfillment cost tracking while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.

Must Have's

  • 3+ years of e-commerce finance experience (Shopify and logistics cost management)
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Experience in supplier payments, inventory financing, and cost tracking
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Haves / Preferred

  • Experience with Asana, Trello, or
  • Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems
  • Background in cross-border e-commerce and financial compliance
  • Experience in remote or multi-time-zone coordination

We are looking for the following specific requirements

  • 3+ years in Shopify finance or e-commerce financial operations
  • Strong background in supplier management and reporting accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in cost forecasting and fulfillment analysis
  • Strong understanding of financial tracking tools and reporting metrics

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Analyze cost structures (fees, platform charges, logistics)
  • Track and optimize profit margins and financial KPIs
  • Prepare and present e-commerce financial reports
  • Manage AP/AR, supplier invoices, and reconciliations
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements
  • Conduct data analysis, expense tracking, and reporting
  • Maintain CRM and ERP financial data accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php55, Php60,000.00 per month
