About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Autoglass.Ph.,Inc' in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and growing our existing customer relationships. This full-time position is crucial in supporting the company's sales objectives and driving overall business success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prospecting and cold-calling potential clients to generate new leads
  2. Scheduling and conducting in-person sales meetings to present our products and services
  3. Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals
  4. Providing exceptional customer service and building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
  5. Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions
  6. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  7. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the automotive or related industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
  3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  6. Willingness to travel within the local area to meet with clients
