
Administrative Assistant/ Office Staff

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ordering and Inventory: Process requisitions for office supplies, order new supplies, and maintain an accurate, organized inventory of all materials. This includes managing stock levels to ensure there is always enough on hand.
- Receiving and Distribution: Receive incoming supply orders, check them for accuracy and condition against invoices and purchase orders, and then distribute the supplies to the appropriate faculty, staff, or departments.
- Financial Responsibilities: Ensure orders are made within budget, prepare and submit purchase requisitions for approval, and may be responsible for handling and depositing school fees.
- Organization: Keep supply rooms and stock areas neat, organized, and secure.
