Sales Admin Staff
- Prepares release papers such as sales invoice, vehicle delivery receipt, release order, etc.
- Checks completeness of needed accessories for the unit to be released.
- Prepares and processes documents related to LTO registration and special plates.
- Double checks location of units for release as well as demo units.
- Monitors and checks inventory of units.
- Monitors reservation of units to be sold.
- Answers and transfers phone calls.
- Requests needed office supplies for the department.
- Prepares gate pass for demo units and other vehicles needed for official trips.
- Monitors and checks articles posted by competitors in the broadsheet and relay or present them to the immediate superior.
- Checks newspaper advertisements posted by PGA Cars.
- Assists Sales Executives in their need for clients' file documents.
- Handles queries regarding delivery of plates.
- Monitors inventory of vehicle manuals.
- Responsible in the preparation and issuance of vehicle manual for the client.
- To perform other duties as may be required by the Superior/s.
EV Admin Staff
- Assists in monitoring and scheduling installations
- Assists in monitoring and coordinating with supplier installation schedules
- Coordinates with SPOC regarding EV related topics from different brands within PGA Cars, Inc.
- Monitors charger stock availability and allocation
- Monitors PR requests and other related documents
- Monitors tools inventory list
- Helps prepare any documents needed by the EV Department
- Performs other related duties as required by the Management
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: From Php23,000.00 per month
