This job involves verifying withdrawal request quantities, reporting variances, coordinating 3PL Trucking details for COMI preparation, managing stocks and documentation, dispatching pick-up transactions, marking delivery orders as shipped in NetSuite, preparing and consolidating documents for the head office, assisting with volume receiving activities, and performing additional tasks as directed by the immediate superior.

  • Check all items based on the Withdrawal Request quantities.
  • Check stocks, documentations, and dispatch any pick-up transactions.
  • Prepare, consolidate, and endorse all documents to be transmitted to the head office.
  • Support the Warehouse Inbound Specialist in volume receiving activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
