Job Scope

The Warehouse Control Checker plays a key role in maintaining operational discipline and compliance within warehouse activities. This entry-level position ensures that all warehouse processes adhere to company policies, safety standards, and Good Warehousing Practices (GWP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Access Control
  • Verify personnel logging before entry into dry and cold storage areas
  • Monitor movement of staff and goods in and out of the warehouse
  • Compliance Monitoring
  • Inspect hygiene and safety conditions in both dry and cold zones
  • Check for loose items, unauthorized materials, or improper handling
  • Operational Oversight
  • Observe picking activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Report deviations from standard operating procedures
  • KPI Tracking
  • Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (e.g., picking rate, error rate, truck arrival and dispatch)
  • Record and escalate performance issues to supervisors
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain daily logs of inspections and findings
  • Support audits and compliance reviews with accurate records

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or vocational certificate preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols
  • Willingness to work in cold storage environments
  • Good communication and reporting abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
