Warehouse Custodian

Warehouse Custodian Qualifications:

• Graduate of 2-year course or vocational courses or Senior High

Job Specification:

1. Basic understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, inventory handling, cycle count)

2. Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

3. Knowledge of Operating Systems (e.g. Windows)

General / Business Competence:

1. Capable of solving minor issues and maintaining accurate inventory records

2. Ability to manage large volumes of files systematically

3. Excellent time-management skills to meet tight deadlines

4. Team-oriented with good communication skills

5. Highly organized and efficient

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Accurately pick and prepare items for dispatch based on orders.

2. Assist in unloading deliveries, checking items against shipment documents, and storing them properly.

3. Track stock movement, update records, and report discrepancies.

4. Monitor pending deliveries and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.

5. Conduct scheduled inventory counts to verify stock accuracy and support inventory reconciliation.

6. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring compliance withsafety and sanitation standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
