Job Summary

The Warehouse Staff is responsible for handling daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching goods. They ensure accurate inventory management, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and support smooth warehouse activities to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of goods and materials.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
  • Ensure proper storage of items in designated warehouse areas.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
  • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items promptly to the supervisor.
  • Support other warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate or College Level
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not always required.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory systems or warehouse software (a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
