Warehouse Custodian

Qualifications:

• Graduate of 2-year course or vocational courses or Senior High

Job Related / Technical Competence:

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, inventory handling, cycle count)
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Operating Systems (e.g. Windows)

General / Business Competence:

• Capable of solving minor issues and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Ability to manage large volumes of files systematically
• Excellent time-management skills to meet tight deadlines
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Highly organized and efficient

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and prepare items for dispatch based on orders.
• Assist in unloading deliveries, checking items against shipment documents, and storing them properly.
• Track stock movement, update records, and report discrepancies.
• Monitor pending deliveries and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Conduct scheduled inventory counts to verify stock accuracy and support inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php13, Php15,290.00 per month
