JOB SUMMARY

The Kitchen Staff is responsible for preparing fresh ingredients, assisting in dough and topping preparation, and executing pizza-making according to Pizza Studio Tamaki's standards. The role ensures consistency in food quality, adherence to food safety protocols, and smooth kitchen operations to provide an excellent dining experience for guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Food Preparation & Pizza-Making

  • Prepare, portion, and store ingredients (vegetables, meats, cheeses, sauces, dough, etc.) according to daily production requirements.
  • Assemble and bake pizzas following PST recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portioning of all menu items.
  • Assist in preparing side dishes, sauces, and other menu offerings as needed.

Kitchen Operations

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, kitchen tools, and storage areas.
  • Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report shortages to supervisors for timely replenishment.
  • Properly label, date, and store ingredients in compliance with food safety standards.
  • Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries.

Food Safety & Quality Control

  • Follow company hygiene and sanitation policies, including DOH/DA/HACCP guidelines.
  • Conduct regular checks of food items to ensure freshness and avoid spoilage.
  • Comply with proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment (oven, slicers, mixers, etc.).
  • Observe FIFO (First In, First Out) method for inventory rotation.

Teamwork & Service Support

  • Coordinate with fellow kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth order flow and timely service.
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff on PST standards and procedures.
  • Support other stations or tasks during peak hours or as assigned by the manager.

Pay: Php695.00 per day
