PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work collaboratively with line cooks, cashiers, and stock personnel to ensure prompt and high-quality preparation of food orders across multiple sales platforms.
  • Follow established kitchen standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain kitchen equipment and tools, including routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and workplace safety regulations in coordination with the Kitchen Head and Operations team.
  • Assist the Operations team by performing relevant administrative tasks.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

  • Keep all kitchen areas clean and organized, ensuring proper storage and handling of inventory and food items during all stages of preparation and fulfillment; support operations across different kitchen stations as needed.
  • Comply with Kitchen Quality Audit standards by ensuring that all equipment and systems are in proper working order.
  • Accurately track inventory usage through internal reporting systems to reduce waste and support accountability.
  • Actively engage in training programs, particularly those focused on food preparation techniques.
  • Consistently implement food safety and sanitation protocols; regularly assess and improve kitchen procedures to uphold a clean and safe work environment.
  • Support adherence to CQSMA (Cleanliness, Quality, Service, Maintenance, and Atmosphere) standards by all kitchen staff.
  • Carry out other operational duties as directed by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least one (1) year of experience in kitchen operations.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced, 24/7/365 environment, including a 6-day workweek and rotating shifts.
  • Candidates who can start immediately are highly preferred.
