Join Our Kitchen Operations Team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a vibrant team of cooks, cashiers, and stock staff to efficiently prepare and serve food orders.
  • Maintain and ensure all kitchen tools, equipment, and systems are clean, functional, and well-kept.
  • Consistently follow food safety and workplace hygiene standards.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support smooth kitchen operations.

Additional Duties:

  • Keep inventory organized, properly stored, and accurately recorded.
  • Help minimize waste by carefully tracking inventory usage.
  • Assist in staff training and maintaining kitchen quality standards.
  • Support cleanliness, food safety practices, and internal kitchen audits.
  • Uphold excellence in cleanliness, quality, service, maintenance, and ambiance (CQSMA).
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience; recent graduates with Culinary Arts or Kitchen Operations backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, six days a week, including weekends and holidays.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
