Join Our Kitchen Operations Team
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a vibrant team of cooks, cashiers, and stock staff to efficiently prepare and serve food orders.
- Maintain and ensure all kitchen tools, equipment, and systems are clean, functional, and well-kept.
- Consistently follow food safety and workplace hygiene standards.
- Perform administrative tasks to support smooth kitchen operations.
Additional Duties:
- Keep inventory organized, properly stored, and accurately recorded.
- Help minimize waste by carefully tracking inventory usage.
- Assist in staff training and maintaining kitchen quality standards.
- Support cleanliness, food safety practices, and internal kitchen audits.
- Uphold excellence in cleanliness, quality, service, maintenance, and ambiance (CQSMA).
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience; recent graduates with Culinary Arts or Kitchen Operations backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, six days a week, including weekends and holidays.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
