PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with line cooks, cashiers, and stock staff to prepare food orders efficiently and to a high standard across multiple sales channels.
  • Follow kitchen procedures and SOPs to keep all tools, equipment, and systems in good working condition, including regular cleaning and basic maintenance.
  • Support food safety and workplace safety practices in coordination with the Kitchen Head and Operations team.
  • Handle administrative tasks to assist the Operations department.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

  • Keep the kitchen clean and organized, properly storing and handling food and supplies at every stage of the preparation process; be adaptable to different kitchen stations.
  • Meet Kitchen Quality Audit standards by ensuring equipment and systems are well-maintained.
  • Log inventory usage accurately in internal systems to reduce waste and improve accountability.
  • Take part in food preparation training sessions and other relevant learning opportunities.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently; help evaluate and improve kitchen processes to maintain a hygienic workspace.
  • Make sure all team members follow CQSMA standards (Cleanliness, Quality, Service, Maintenance, and Atmosphere).
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least one (1) year of experience in kitchen operations.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule in a 24/7/365 environment with a 6-day workweek.
  • Preferably available to start immediately.
