Location: 5048 P. Burgos, Makati, 1210 Metro Manila

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Line Cook to join our Kitchen Operations team. This role involves working closely with the Kitchen Head and Senior Line Cook to prepare and serve top-quality dishes while maintaining high standards of efficiency and consistency. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced, tech-driven kitchen and have a strong passion for culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation: Properly prepare ingredients—chopping, slicing, dicing, and marinating—according to recipe specifications.
  • Cooking & Plating: Cook and assemble menu items accurately, ensuring each dish meets quality and presentation standards.
  • Equipment Handling: Safely use kitchen tools and appliances such as grills, ovens, fryers, and mixers.
  • Quality Control: Monitor taste, texture, and portion sizes, making adjustments to maintain consistency.
  • Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain a clean workstation and strictly follow hygiene and food safety regulations.
  • Inventory Assistance: Support stock management by receiving, organizing, and tracking ingredients and supplies.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary training or certification is a plus.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of relevant kitchen experience, ideally in a cloud kitchen or fast-paced food service setting.
  • Proficient in various cooking styles and cuisines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as part of daily duties.
