We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Associate to provide operations and administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable balancing detail-heavy tasks with light marketing operations and calendar management, particularly around client communications.

  • Coordinate meetings and manage client communications
  • Marketing & Communications
  • Send marketing emails to clients.
  • Support and manage CRM - input new contacts, regular refresh on communications
  • Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role ideally in accounting or legal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
