Our Junior Sales Associate plays a vital part of the team and are responsible for generating sales and income for the company to keep it operating. The Role:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in generating sales, building client relationships, and creating opportunities that contribute to both your career growth and the company's success. The more sales you close, the more opportunities you unlock for advancement and commission earnings.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Reach out to leads generated by the Sales Team to establish initial contact.
  • Lead Research: Gather accurate contact details (phone numbers, emails, etc.) of potential clients using tools such as Google, SignalHire, and LinkedIn.
  • CRM Management: Log all collected information and track interactions using HubSpot CRM.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients for service presentations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team to align strategies and meet targets.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of sales or customer service experience (BPO or similar industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling client objections.
  • Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.
