What We're Looking For:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree (4 years); applicants who are undergraduates or who have only completed a 2-year associate or vocational course need not apply
  • Must have at least 3 years of BPO Customer Service experience (US Voice Account or US hybrid account with voice/calls)
  • Must have technical proficiency, especially in learning and navigating new software
  • Must have strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Detail-oriented team players who take pride in their work.
  • Excellent communicators who can build strong client relationships.
  • Eager learners ready to develop expertise in multiple HR areas. Organized professionals who can juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

This is a remote Customer Service Associate (HR) role with People Processes, based in the Philippines and supporting US clients. The job focuses on core HR operations—payroll, benefits, and time & labor—while building strong client relationships, resolving issues calmly, and continuously learning. Candidates must have a 4‑year bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of BPO customer service in a US voice or hybrid account, strong tech proficiency, excellent communication, problem‑solving skills, detail orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Compensation is Php 30,000 per month plus 13th‑month pay and benefits including health insurance, paid training, promotion opportunities, pay raises, and work‑from‑home setup.
