We are looking for a SaaS Operations Associate to support a U.S.-based health and wellness company. The role involves daily platform monitoring, client support, and system documentation within SaaS and B2B environments.

Must Have's

  • Proven experience in SaaS or operations support
  • Proficiency in Zendesk (or similar)
  • Excellent written English and client communication
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Comfortable working on U.S. (EST) hours

Nice-to-Haves / Preferred

  • Basic familiarity with SQL, data dashboards, or report building
  • Understanding of SaaS admin configuration and workflow automation
  • Exposure to workforce management or B2B marketplace tools
  • Experience documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs)

We are looking for the following specific requirements

  • 1–3 years in SaaS operations, platform support, or client success
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar tools
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Excellent written communication and documentation habits
  • Ability to build trust and accountability in remote teams

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Perform system checks, data validations, and user activity reviews
  • Support platform setup for new clients and agencies
  • Monitor tickets and follow up on pending issues
  • Act as subject-matter expert for platform tools
  • Manage client tickets, triage issues, and escalate when necessary
  • Prepare user activity reports and monthly trend summaries
  • Document issues, test features, and coordinate with engineering teams
  • Maintain knowledge base and propose improvements

Rate

$6.00–$6.50 per hour

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM–2:00 PM EST / 5:00 PM–2:00 AM PHT

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php65,000.00 per month
