KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Safety and Accident Management

  • Ensures zero-accident targets and maintains an efficient accident reporting system
  • Reviews accident reports and recommends preventive measures
  • Prepares for potential risks and conducts regular safety inspections

Programs, Plans, and Training

  • Implements safety plans and programs
  • Conducts hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control, and reviews the gathered data
  • Conducts safety orientations for new hires

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory safety requirements
  • Assists government agencies during inspections and related activities

Emergency Preparedness

  • Assigned as a default member of the Emergency Response Team
  • Conducts emergency drills and inspects firefighting equipment

Documentation and Reporting

  • Prepares, checks, consolidates, and submits required safety reports (e.g., DOLE reports, investigation reports, safety plans, and statistics)

Other Duties

  • Performs other related tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be a graduate of any Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in related field
  • Required Certification: COSH
  • Must be willing to report in BGC, Taguig (Corporate Setting)
