HR Executive

We are seeking a full-time HR Executive (Recruitment) based in the Philippines to support our Singapore HR team. This role focuses recruitment activities and general HR support. You will manage end-to-end hiring processes, partner with Singapore hiring managers, and contribute to HR operations, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel to Singapore for a 6-month on-site assignment to gain hands-on regional experience and strengthen collaboration with the team.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
• Partner with Singapore hiring managers to plan and execute recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening,
interviews, offers, and pre-employment coordination.
• Conduct proactive sourcing and talent mapping through online platforms and
professional networks.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, data, and reports for tracking and analytics.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns across Asia.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
General HR Support
• Assist in HR administration, maintaining employee records and HR databases.
• Support engagement programs, HR projects, and process improvements.
• Coordinate training logistics and performance review activities.
• Contribute to HR reporting and project coordination with the Singapore team.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in in-house or shared services roles supporting regional operations.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment practices is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS/ATS systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; organised, adaptable, and able to work independently across time zones.
• Willing to travel to Singapore for up to 6 months as part of the role.
