Job DescriptionPrimer Group of Companies is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior HR Business Partnering Manager to join our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is passionate about aligning people strategy with business goals.
As a Senior HR Business Partnering Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leadership across business units and departments. You will play a key role in driving HR initiatives that support business objectives, enhance organizational culture, and build a high-performance workforce. Your expertise will be essential in managing talent, shaping organizational development, and ensuring the successful implementation of HR policies and practices.
Duties and Responsibilities- Strategic HR Partnership
- Collaborate closely with business unit heads and leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Advise on organizational design, talent management, employee engagement, and workforce planning to drive business outcomes.
Influence and guide senior leaders on people-related matters, providing data-driven insights to improve decision-making. - Talent Management & Development
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies, ensuring that hiring practices meet business needs while promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Champion employee development initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and training programs.
Identify skill gaps and help shape learning & development opportunities to support long-term organizational growth. - Employee Relations & Engagement
- Lead employee relations initiatives, ensuring a positive work environment and addressing complex employee concerns.
- Drive engagement strategies to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Coach managers on effective communication, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Change Management & Organizational Development
- Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance on organizational restructuring and rationalization or other major transformations.
- Implement and manage processes for continuous improvement of organizational effectiveness.
Promote a culture of innovation, adaptability, and continuous learning to support business growth. - HR Metrics & Reporting
- Analyze HR data and trends to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and present HR reports and insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, mitigating any HR risks within the organization. - Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing coaching and career development opportunities.
Ensure that the HR team operates efficiently and aligns with the overall company culture and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- More than 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a Senior HRBP or Managerial HR Business Partner role.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with senior leadership and influencing business outcomes.
- Strong background in talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and change management.
- Proven success in leading HR initiatives that impact business performance, employee engagement, and culture.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR strategies to business needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze HR metrics and leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
- Experience with HRIS, performance management systems, and other HR technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
