We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to lead our warehouse and delivery operations. This position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods while upholding safety standards, controlling costs, and driving productivity. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse and delivery activities, ensuring safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and optimise delivery routes and schedules to reduce costs and boost productivity.
  • Hire, train, and manage warehouse personnel to maintain seamless operations.
  • Track inventory levels, monitor warehouse conditions, and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
  • Resolve operational challenges, address store concerns, and enforce compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Manage logistics expenses while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support regional planning and store growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution management.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of route planning, cost control, and safety standards.
  • Must be from a retail or FMCG in food and beverages industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php120, Php150,000.00 per month
