As Warehouse Coordinator, Your focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution functions.

  • Receive, unload, and process incoming deliveries of materials and equipment
  • Accurately record inventory levels and movements in the warehouse management monitoring.
  • Efficiently pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing materials and items for delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Assist with stock taking and cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Follow all health, safety, and quality protocols to minimize risks and errors
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize workflow and address any issues
  • Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Effective exposure in Warehouse Management
  • Knowledgeable in Warehouse lay outing and stock piling

What does it take to be part of the team?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or in a related field.
  • At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in logistics, distribution, and warehousing.
  • In-depth understanding of warehousing/logistics.
  • Knowledge of current principles and practices of warehouse operations.
  • Experience in the Retail industry is an advantage but not preferred.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
  • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
  • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
