Customer Service Representative

Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
● Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within insurance, financial services, or a healthcare BPO environment.
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a clear and compassionate phone demeanor.
● Tech Savvy: Strong ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously, including CRM platforms, chat applications, and data entry systems.
● Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail for accurate data entry, auditing, and documentation.
● Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to listen, understand customer needs, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Highly Desired:
● Basic understanding of US health insurance concepts, specifically ACA (Affordable Care Act), Medicare, and/or Final Expense insurance.
● Experience working with a US-based clientele.
● Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a BPO setting.
