WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer experiences. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, assist customers with remittance transactions, and uphold company standards with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
  • Process remittances while ensuring full compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Maintain honesty and accuracy in every transaction.
  • Update and manage customer information using CRM systems.
  • Educate customers about products, services, and features.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure quick issue resolution.
  • Support client online marketing tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and professionalism.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of Customer Service experience in an international call center account.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience in Money Service Business or remittance processing is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support best practices.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
  • Reliable, honest, and a team player with a customer-first attitude.
