WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer experiences. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, assist customers with remittance transactions, and uphold company standards with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
- Process remittances while ensuring full compliance with local and international regulations.
- Maintain honesty and accuracy in every transaction.
- Update and manage customer information using CRM systems.
- Educate customers about products, services, and features.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quick issue resolution.
- Support client online marketing tasks as assigned.
- Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and professionalism.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience in an international call center account.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience in Money Service Business or remittance processing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support best practices.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
- Reliable, honest, and a team player with a customer-first attitude.
