About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for customer service professionals who are passionate about providing outstanding support and solutions in a fast-paced BPO environment. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Handle inbound calls with a focus on service-level adherence
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls as necessary
  • Respond to customers and dealers via email, chat, or social media
  • Manage and resolve cases through Salesforce, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Provide accurate information on order statuses and product-related queries
  • Process customer orders and returns in accordance with company policies
  • Escalate and provide feedback to management regarding service issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to meet customer satisfaction goals
  • Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a BPO/call center environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Clear and professional phone voice
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Calm under pressure and emotionally resilient
  • Fast learner with a growth mindset
  • Proficient in basic computer functions and typing
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains/Sales Pad is preferred
  • Strong sense of professionalism and dependability
  • No attendance issues from previous employers

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience working with US-based clients
  • Background in retail or order management systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
