What is your mission?

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will support students, parents, and educational partners by delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships. You will handle both inbound and outbound communication, assist with enrollment and service inquiries, and work to retain and grow our customer base. Using tools like Zendesk, you will manage support tickets, track customer interactions, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for every client.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers through phone, email, and chat support.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and conduct outbound follow-ups to support customer needs and retention efforts.
  • Promote educational programs and services, assist with enrollment, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Manage customer tickets and communications through Zendesk, ensuring timely and thorough resolution.
  • Work to retain existing customers by identifying issues early, providing solutions, and offering added value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback informs service improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Support customer onboarding and help guide students through program processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on company offerings and best practices.

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in customer service, retention, or sales, preferably in the academic or educational industry.
  • Proficiency with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, depending on experience.
