ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're looking for skilled communicators who are passionate about helping others. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll handle inquiries, provide solutions, and deliver excellent service that reflects our commitment to people-first support.

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

  • Customer Facing/ Care Agents
  • You will manage the communication between insurance providers and patients
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • You may also schedule appointments, QC schedule, make reminder calls, and follow ups

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably with healthcare and/or insurance background
  • Must complete SHS or at least 72 units of Tertiary
  • Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service Background
  • Versed on Microsoft and Google Applications (Google Workspace)
  • Computer Literate
  • Proficient in emails and chats
