
Healthcare Customer Service Representative

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for skilled communicators who are passionate about helping others. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll handle inquiries, provide solutions, and deliver excellent service that reflects our commitment to people-first support.
BASIC FUNCTIONS:
- Customer Facing/ Care Agents
- You will manage the communication between insurance providers and patients
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- You may also schedule appointments, QC schedule, make reminder calls, and follow ups
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably with healthcare and/or insurance background
- Must complete SHS or at least 72 units of Tertiary
- Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service Background
- Versed on Microsoft and Google Applications (Google Workspace)
- Computer Literate
- Proficient in emails and chats
