Job Title: HR Admin Officer

Job Description:

As an HR Admin Officer at Nowcomyou will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within our call center team. Your primary goal will be to attract and hire qualified individuals who possess the skills, experience, and qualities necessary to excel in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals.
  2. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  3. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  5. Administer pre-employment assessments and tests as required.
  6. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  7. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
  3. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms and job boards.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  7. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  9. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
  10. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Candidates must be residing within the National Capital Region (NCR) and have access to reliable internet connectivity, as company-provided equipment will be utilized for recruitment activities.
